Order Processing Time
- Most orders process quickly within 48-hours Monday - Friday.
- Delays may occur due to holidays, carrier interruptions, or periods of high order volume.
- You will receive an email notification with relevant tracking information regarding your order and shipment(s).
- Vaccines do NOT ship on Fridays, regardless of shipping method chosen, to protect your investment.

Shipping Methods
Economy Shipping (Approximately 5-14 days)
- Economy shipping is available for $8.99 or Free Shipping on orders $75 or more.
- Some methods that fall under Economy do not have active tracking.
- Economy shipping is not available for Vaccine orders or orders shipped outside the contiguous US.
- Some items include additional freight charges, additional charges, hazardous fees, COD charge, pack & weigh charges, and expedited vaccine shipping charges that are separate and still apply.
Standard Shipping (Approximately 3-7 days)
- There is an additional charge of $4.99 for this upgraded service
- Orders that meet the $75 Free Shipping threshold (excluding Vaccines) will still be charged the $4.99 shipping upgrade fee
- Freight charges, additional charges, hazardous fees, COD charge, pack & weigh charges, and expedited vaccine shipping charges are separate and still apply.
- Vaccines orders will be shipped Standard unless an expedited service is chosen (see under Vaccines below).

Large or Bulk Purchases:
- Large purchase quantities of certain items may result in additional shipping/freight charges.
- You will be notified as soon as possible if additional shipping applies.
- Your order will not ship until all charges are paid.
Freight Charges (FOB) and Zone Chart
- Jeffers assesses a freight charge (FOB) on items that are overweight, over-sized, and/or difficult to ship.
- Your FOB charges will be determined by the actual and dimensional weight of the item and your ship-to zip code.
- If you purchase an item that is assessed a freight charge, your order total will reflect this additional charge.

Hazardous Charges
- Some items carry Hazardous Shipping Charges for shipment, noted as "Hazardous Charges Apply".

- Some items require additional handling charges for shipment.

Vaccine Shipping Information
Vaccine Shipping Method Recommendation
- To keep your vaccines cool and delivered to you quickly, we recommend ALL vaccine orders be shipped Next Day Air.
- You will have the option to select the fastest shipping method during checkout.
- To protect your vaccines, we will HOLD vaccine orders that would be delayed by weekends or holidays unless special arrangements are made.
Jeffers Vaccine Shipping & Packaging Policy
- Biologicals (like vaccines) are normally shipped Monday through Thursday in a padded envelope with one ice pack per order.
- Insulated containers/coolers are available for a small additional fee to further protect all vaccine purchases.
- A 2nd ice pack is strongly encouraged to further protect your vaccines and may be added to the order for a small additional fee.
- Only vaccines shipped Next Day Air will ship on Thursday.
- Most vaccine orders purchased on Thursday before 1:00 PM Central will ship for Friday delivery if Next Day Air is purchased, otherwise it will ship the following Monday.
- We strongly recommend Next Day Air to get your vaccines to you as quickly as possible.
- We ship Next Day Air for $24.95
- All manufacturers of vaccines strongly recommend Next Day Air (sometimes shown as QUICKEST in your cart) to protect your investment.
- All vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- NOTE: If you choose Standard Ground shipping, you assume responsibility for any consequences including warm vaccines.
- Service charges still apply.
- Expedited orders with a mixture of biological and non-biological items will be separated into two orders with only biologicals shipping expedited.

Vaccines Ordered Friday-Sunday
- If you place a Vaccine order Friday - Sunday, your order will ship on Monday of the following week.
- Non-vaccine orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM Central will be shipped per normal policy.
Rabies Vaccines Information
- It is unlawful in many states to purchase Rabies Vaccine from any source other than a licensed veterinarian
- Jeffers is only able to ship Rabies Vaccine to those states where it is legal.
- If you live in a state i which it is unlawful to ship Rabies Shots we will remove this from your order and provide you a refund for that amount.
