"For me: not perfect but I use them!"
I keep water in both dishes as it seems to dry out kibble or wet food if it stays uneaten for any time. Also feel the water is too warm so I unplug it each morning and plug it back in at night. Inconvenient. Would prefer a thermostat that would merely keep water from freezing. But do like that the dishes lift out easily for cleaning.
