"Reflective Harness"
This is a cute, sturdy harness BUT it is smaller than described. Girth strap (strap running behind dog's front legs) at full extension is 26" not 28" which means it is too small to comfortably fit the dog I purchased it for; cost of return shipping would be more than the harness itself so I'm stuck with it. If you elect to purchase one of these, make sure your dog measures 24" or less.
