The Professional's Choice Stone Dot Hinged Port Bit adds a new and super fun twist to the regular old cheekpiece on your bits. The 6" polished steel cheeks are decorated with beautiful copper and silver dots, as well as, purple and turquoise or red and turquoise stones. These weighted cheeks offer more control and added poll pressure while maintaining clean lateral movement. The hinged port mouthpiece is 5 1/4" wide with a 3/4" tall port.

The hinged mouthpiece works like a correction bit in that the parts move wot allow the horse to respond to subtle rein pressure reducing heavy rein handling. The copper bars keep the horse's mouth moist.

Note: These bits will rust when exposed to moisture. This creates a sweet taste in the horse's mouth and promotes salivation.
