Oxy Calf Boluses, 500 mg

Oxy 500 Calf Boluses are recommended for oral administration in beef and dairy calves for the control and treatment of bacterial enteritis (cattle scours) caused by Salmonella typhimurium and E. coli (colibacillosis), and bacterial pneumonia (shipping fever complex, pasteurellosis) caused by Pasteurella multocida.

Dosage:

• Control - 1/2 bolus per 100 lbs body weight every 12 hours, for up to 4 days
• Treatment - 1 bolus per 100 lbs body weight every 12 hours, for up to 4 days
• continue until the animal returns to normal and for 24-48 hours after symptoms have subsided, not exceeding 4 days

Contains 500 mg oxytetracycline HCI.

Administer with balling gun.
