    "good product"

I have 9 of the waterers. I have used them for 8-10 years. The float assembly holds up good and rarely has to be replaced. The new grommets are poor quality and have been a problem for me. I keep a few float assemblies on hand but rarely need to replace it.

"Quality is not what it once was"

I have 9 of the livestock waterers. The grommets used to last at least a year. Now with the new color (gray) which I am guessing is a change in what they are made of some only last a couple of weeks. They start leaking and have a dimple in them. I used to order 10 at a time. This time I ordered 30. I am rethinking my watering system because of the changes in this product.

"Missing 2 rubber stoppers as listed in your description of the kit"

Pleased except for the missing rubber stoppers as listed in your description of contents in the replacement kit. Those were what I was most interested in getting.

    "Little Giant Waterers"

I have had 8 of these waterers for over 20 years, and the float parts are just now problematic. They have parts for repair. The product has served my purpose very well. I would buy again.

    "Great Chicken Water"

I have used these for years in chicken runs to keep them plenty of fresh water. I turn off the water when the temps get below 32 but work great most of the year in the south.

    "Galvanized Water dish"

Great Dog waterer. We have Irish Wolfhounds and they love these. Easy to keep clean and spare parts are available...

    "Received as ordered "

The replacement packet order was received just as it was listed in the catalog also was delivered promptly

    "Great Waterer"

I have had 3 of these waterers for over 5 years for my horses and I have never had a problem with any of them. I have well water at 50 psi. I have them mounted on post with plastic pipe and hose connections. Couldn't ask for a better product.

    "Sturdy and easy to clean"

We owned/operated a 16 run I/O boarding facility for almost 15 yrs in GA and used this product on all runs. Shape of bowl makes them fast & easy to flush out. Our biggest problem, well really only problem was that some of the dogs wanted to dig in them and would alter the float handle. We plumbed them with pvc with a shut off valve for ea side of kennel building so 8 waterers were on same valve.. Highly recommend these.

  10. 3.0 out of 5 stars

    "parts not durable"

"The waterer works fine, though it would be better with a bottom plug as I've seen on other brands to make cleaning easier. My main complaint is that I've only had the waterer one year, and in a mostly protected place, and still the cheap, plastic connection piece that connects the waterer to the hose is brittle and broken. The store where I bought it does not have replacements and said that people come in looking for them all the time. I can't find replacement parts online either. I have contacted the manufacturer in hopes they will help me. Otherwise, wasted money. ""Made in the USA"" should mean better quality than this."

    "Heavy Duty!"

Great, heavy duty product that's had over 5 years of constant use with minimal problems. All the problems I've had were caused by weather extremes. New valve is relatively inexpensive and one doesn't have to replace the whole assembly.

  12. 5.0 out of 5 stars

    "llamas and alpacas"

Had these for years for llamas and alpacas. They work very well for these animals even for the babies. Ours don't leak (water pressure about 40 psi).

    "Ran up my water bill"

I have replaced the washer so many times and they are impossible to just buy alone to have on hand locally, they make you buy the entire float. The washer never lasts long at all. Switching to another brand!

  14. 2.0 out of 5 stars

    "Get water pressure regulator"

These kept leaking, until I placed my travel trailer's water pressure regulator on the faucet supplying the waterer. The leaking stopped. You can get a water pressure regulator at a trailer supply store such as CampingWorld.com

    "might fix your problem"

Iam a plumber that installes and repairs auto. waters. check your water pressure. These devices will leak if the inlet pressure is uncontroled.
