Shires Earless Fine Mesh Fly Mask
This Fine Mesh Earless Fly Mask is perfect for those horses that have sensitive ears. The large opening at the top makes it easy to slide over your horse's ears. The fleece trim along the brow helps to prevent flies and gnats from entering at the top of the mask.
Made from fine mesh to allow full vision and be ultra breathable. This fly mask protects against bothersome flies, midges, gnats, and other flying bugs. Also provides a barrier against dust and airborne particles. Fleece padding provides a close fit to prevent smaller flies from entering under the mask. Suitable for use in the field, the stable or when traveling. The shaping keeps the veil away from the eyes to greatly improve the fit.

"LOOK A LIKE GARBAGE...."
Love the shires masks have bought several so when they were on sale I bought 4. NOT the same. Cheap strap over the head does not fit right and wont stay on. WORTHLESS CRAP.. I am so DISAPPOINTED.. I did not realize they were not the same and I am guessing why they were on sale. Total garbage.. I will be careful of what I order from now on..
I called to order and asked for sizes. Ordered horse size and thought they must have sent draft horse size until I read the other reviews. It is way big but one of the horses was always pulling the others off, this one he didn’t even try too
This mask is very well made, but it does run large. Then there's that Proposition 65 warning. There are chemicals in the make of this mask that has been found to cause cancer. Not sure that I want to put that on my horse beautiful face. It is a great mask tho. Hopefully, they will manufature it without the deadly chemicals for next year!
"Would be awesome, but sizing WAY off! "
I bought 8 of these masks and while they are well made and would be fantastic they are HUGE! My horses are average and have always fit fine in full horse masks, one wears an oversize in other brands. They end up with big gap between forehead and the mask and the velcro closure has several inches excess.
