Signing Up & Account:

What is the Jeffers Rewards Program?
The Jeffers Rewards is our new and improved loyalty program! It’s a point-based program where you’re rewarded for purchases and engagements with Jeffers.

How do I sign up?
You can create an account on the Jeffers website or if you provide your email address when placing an order in the call center or retail store, you will be automatically enrolled in the program.

If I already have an account, do I need to create a new one to earn points?
If you already have an active account, you were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have multiple accounts, only 1 rewards account was created per person.

Where can I locate my rewards account information?
Your rewards account information is located underneath “My Account” on https://www.jefferspet.com under the “Jeffers Rewards” tab.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
Points will only be applied for purchases made after the creation of your rewards account.

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts and reward points?
Contact us by emails rewards@jefferspet.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Earning & Redeeming Points:

How do I earn points?
Jeffers Rewards Members earn rewards for joining our program, leaving reviews, purchasing products, referring a friend, following on social media and more.

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in the store?
Points need to be redeemed on your online Jeffers Rewards account, then present the coupon with code to cashier to receive discount on purchase. If you have additional questions, please speak with a manager for help.
*Points for purchases in Retail and through the call center can take up to 48 hours to appear on your account.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Make sure you were signed into your account and didn’t check in as a guest. If you realize you did this in error, contact us.

Why can't I Log into my Rewards account and redeem my points?
Your browser or device maybe blocking the rewards program, try using a different device or web browser.

How do I redeem my rewards points?
Navigate to https://www.jefferspet.com and sign into your account. Once you’re signed in, locate the redeem tab to view which rewards are available.
