Product Description

Shelter & Rescue Canine Vaccine Kit

Includes (2) Solo-Jec 9 and (1) Solo-Jec KC dog vaccines. Also comes with a free Solo-Jec Canine Health Record and styrofoam cooler.

When to Use:

  • you just adopted a dog and you don't know the dog's vaccination history
  • dogs over 6 months of age (puppies under 6 months of age, follow the puppy vaccination protocol)

Solo-Jec 9:

Canine Distemper, CAV 1&2, Parainfluenza, Leptospira Canicola, Leptospira Grippotyphosa, Leptospira Icterohaemorrhagiae, and Leptospira Pomona (MLV)

Inject 1 mL IM or SQ. Repeat dosage in 3-4 weeks. Annual revaccination with a single dose recommended. Puppies vaccinated before 9 weeks of age should be revaccinated every 3-4 weeks until 14-16 weeks of age.

Single dose package and case of 25 contains one (1 dose) vial of dry vaccine, one sterile vaccine diluent and one disposable needle/syringe.

Do not vaccinate pregnant animals.

NOTE: Dogs contract Lepto through a break in the skin or drinking water contaminated by infected urine. Animals that carry Lepto include but are not limited to rats, possums, raccoons, squirrels, cows, pigs, and already infected dogs. Limiting your animal’s access to contaminated water is the best way to avoid contracting Lepto. You should assess your dog’s level of risk and consult your veterinarian before vaccinating for Lepto.

Solo-Jec KC:

Canine Parainfluenza and Bordetella Bronchiseptica.

Safe for puppies as young as 3 weeks old.

Protection begins as early as 48 hours after administration.

IMPORTANT: Solo-Jec KC has the flexibility to customize the dose to fit the size of the dog – either a full volume dose or ½ volume dose which may be more comfortable for small dogs. Note that a ½ volume dose does not mean the dog is receiving ½ the vaccine. The vaccine is in the dry cake so a ½ volume dose means there is ½ the liquid but a full amount of vaccine.
