"No more stinky ears"
One customer was upset with it having alcohol. Alcohol dries out the ears as it disinfects. I use alcohol in my ears after swimming in the lake to make sure nothing funky decides to grow. My corgi no longer gets stinky ears and my cats ears are clear as well. Great product

I am not sure how anyone can say that this product is 'gentle'. Read the ingredients, among other harmful products, it contains alcohol. Alcohol is not gentle by any stretch of the imagination. Try it down your ears first.
