    "Texas Hay Net"

Bought one of these in 2015. It has saved me a lot of $ in hay cost for 3 years. Trick to making it last is: 1) lash it to the hay feeder with twine and C-clips and 2) use small zip ties to repair the holes daily. After 3-1/2 years, I now need a new net. Other brands are low quality. Now that hay is over $300 per ton, it will pay for itself quickly.

    "Love this net!"

We have had our net probably 10yr. The first yr big bales were$80 a bale. We saved a bale a month the first yr. So it paid for itself in 3 months. They have a lighter rope one now but ours is a heavy one. We've had a few holes over the yrs but easily sew them up with baling twine. My friend bought a cheap one elsewhere and her horse cut his tongue on the tiny nylon used to make that bale. I recommend this Texas net but suggest you confirm the heavy rope.

    "good for 1 year"

Love the concept. It works fabulous with bermuda hay. However, holes started appearing after 6 months and now there are so many hay is getting everywhere. The netting material is weak.

    "holes first use"

My horse ate 3 holes In the net the first time the hay did last longer but if your going to spend the money go to the dealer site and get the heavy duty one.

I will never buy another one. We did everything the instructions said and they tore it up in just 2 days. Waste of money.
