"Pretty good, unless a wire breaks"

We used this fence for about 8 months with our pastured hogs. It was easy to set up, and fairly easy to move at first. We did end up moving the bottom wire up, as they hogs kept burying it. This made it more difficult pull the wire out when moving the fence, due to the way it is now threaded. I was pretty pleased with the system up until we had a couple of wire breaks. We tied the broken wires together, but since the have to go through some pretty small holes in order to wind the fence up, the knots do not fit. This means that we were having to move the fence without winding it all up, which made for a rather tangled mess. Now that the hogs have gone to freezer camp, I don't know how I'm going to put the fence away, since I can't reel it all up. In the end, I wish I had gotten something less expensive because I feel like those wire breaks have made the system almost completely unusable for rotational grazing. It's a great idea, but needs to account better for broken wires.
