Say Whoa!® For Colic and Digestive Problems for Horses
"For horses in distress, it's what you do first."
Colic is the #1 killer of horses and far too often it starts with a simple fecal impaction. Use to maintain a healthy gastric system and support normal digestive function.
Say Whoa!® is safe for:
- horses of all sizes and weight
- lactating horses
Administer: for 100 - 1,200 lb - (2) 60 mL tubes, Under 100 lb - (1) 60 mL tube.
After your horse swallows the formula, it's quickly absorbed into the bloodstream.
All you have to do is squeeze in the mouth of the horse with the oral dosage syringe (included).
Say Whoa!® Ingredients:
- vitamin D
- peppermint oil
- irish sea moss
- vegetable glycerin
- purified water
- molasses for flavor
These ingredients assist in working with the horse's body through osmosis to help draw fluids back into the intestine, thereby softening the impaction and assisting to stimulate bowel movements. In 30 minutes, listen for gut sounds. They should be returning & your horse improving. If this does not happen, call your vet. This product is not effective for twisted, torsion, knotted or ruptured bowels. With a 3 year shelf life & no temperature control - keep it on your shelf!

I have been using this for many years as I have one horse who used to colic a lot. It is a life saver for us. If any of my animals start showing me their signs of colic, they immediately get this. It is expensive, but so worth it. My guy has already had colic surgery and can't go through that again. It is very sticky, I mix it 50-50 with water for each dose, which not only gets some water into them, it also helps the stickiness. It is an osmotic, and works best when it is given at first signs of potential colic.
"I am a believer"
I bought two doses of “say whoa” Because we were hauling horses across the United States in the summertime. I did not use it on the trip. Thankfully Today, a Sunday afternoon, our big(1400) QH was feeling puny. Just the beginning signs, Pawing at the ground and listless not interested in anything. Stretching out a little. No gut sounds to speak of. I gave him both syringes as directed and in 45 minutes he looked way better. It says it’s a gel but it is much more liquidy than that. Keep your horses head up so they swallow the liquid instead of spitting it on you. If nothing looks better in 30 minutes to an hour call your vet!
