"FAST shipping and great prices from Jeffers"
I run a humane society. Use this de-wormer for puppies and kittens. It is available in multiple places but Jeffers has the best price and fast shipping.
"All about SERVICE"
Short and long of any business is service. Product is what it is, but we have unique shipping needs which requires products always be sent UPS or FedEx without USPS hand off. Jeffers knows this and has with only one exception shipped UPS. THAT is service we depend on.
"good product, great service"
the subject line says it all-- friendly service, good product, immediate processing of order and very fast delivery. Doesn't get much better than that.
If the plunger gets turn just a little it will not dispense paste. Animals head must be held secure our plastic end can get broken as ours I'd.
"Works in my herd of goats"
I use cattle paste at 2X cattle dosage for my goats, X 3 days when my goats fail the FAMACHA eyelid test. Works in my herd for barberpole, the biggest killer of goats and takes care of any tapeworm too. Buying this size is cost effective too.
Seemed to work fine for the purpose it was intended. Goats loved the taste which is a bonus.
I use the large tube paste (10.2oz) to worm my equine. My Vet. advised me that its the same for equine as for cattle and you don't have all the empty tube to contend with.
"Great for starting cattle"
When you're buying calves and you have no idea what their history may be, this product is perfect for orally drenching calves to give their gut a complete fresh start...parasite free.
"Does the job"
I mean its just wormer, I don't really know what else to say lol. I use a rotation schedule and Safe-Guard is February/March.
"Quantity savings on quality product."
Economical option for a quality product to beef up your deworming rotation for your whole herd. We don't get the typical "nasty taste" face with Safeguard & have a jenny that nearly sucks her portion plus some then attempt to not give the syringe back..."Jill" approved!
Used it since many years, good tast and works good
"Best value for horses. "
One [290 gram] tube is equivalent to the Power Pak (10 clicks per horse x 5 days). The applicator gave me the heebee jeebies when I first looked at it but after I used it I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cannot spit out the paste, cannot close down on the applicator and do not put up even half the fight they do for regular paste wormers.
We got the largest size of Safe-Guard paste and the applicator gun for our herd of horses. We were skeptical about using the applicator gun, but it was a real winner. Our horses are good about being wormed, but this made it even easier. We lost none of the paste, the horses didn't mind the large tube and odd appliance next to their heads, and it was even a bit fun using it. The number of pulls on the trigger for proper dosage for weight also was a plus. We use this wormer as part of our rotational program and it's been very successful.
"Good product, bad taste!"
I use this in my worming rotation along with pyrantel pamoate and ivermectin. My horses have been worm free, so I have to assume it works! My horses hate the apple flavor. It seems more like sour apple than sweet apple. They doth protest a lot less with the non-flavored wormers. I also like to save the large tubes these come in and use them for administering oral meds I have to mix on my own.
