    "Jeffers made it right"

    I previously ordered this treat and it was very poor quality. Jeffers reached out and replaced the product with the quality product I had received in the past. Kudos for service. My dog loves these treats.

    "Really Poor Quality"

    My dog loves this brand and this treat. My last order of 3 bags will be my last. All 3 bags were nothing but crumbs and tiny pieces with 2 normal size pieces in the front so you wouldn't notice until you opened the bag. I will never buy them again unless I buy at a store and can actually see the bag. What a royal rip-off.

    "Disappointed in this product"

    I purchased two bags of these for my dog and both bags came with a bunch of crumbled up pieces in them. Very few full pieces of Jerky. One bag was so bad it was mostly crumbs in the bottom of the bag. Must have been filled with left overs off the assembly line.
