I ordered this jacket in 14" for our small dog (15 lbs). It fits nice, has lots of padding, and so far seems pretty sturdy. Just ordered another in this size for our bigger dog. I really like the adjustable velcro in the front and along the belly.
"Good quality, Warm, but beware of Apricot color!"
I ordered two of these - One for my 90 lb lab and one for my 30 lb border collie-ish. I just got them and they appear to be well made, and very warm. (The insulation is thicker than I thought it would be, but they'll be cozy!) The fabric is rip-stop poly -- won't snag on briers! The inside lining is also made from a nylon material that hair won't cling to. It will be great for my ever-shedding lab. The fit is great too because they adjust -- 24" for my very tall lab, and 18" for my lean B-C-ish. I measured from base of neck to start of tail as instructed, but I think you could go up or down a size and still be fine. Also, there is tons of room for adjustment if you have a chubby dog. The only thing that I would warn you about is the color -- I ordered the apricot, thinking it would be orange-ish and be safer at night & in the woods. But the color is more of a tan, just like a deer! So I recommend selecting a different color if you will be in the woods during hunting season!! Other than that, a very nice product. I'm happy with it, and Tessie and Wally are too. (I know this, because when they tried them on, they did the happy dance.)
