Active Ingredients sodium lauryl sulfate 1.20% Not at all natural. Misleading product name be careful when using this on puppies under 6 weeks old.
It kills fleas good on contact and it smells great. It does not deter or kill new fleas when the product is dry. It must be reapplied often.
"Knock Down Power"
If you are going for straight knock down power. This stuff worked great for me.. Sprayed my dog down it is.. and just watched the dead fleas fall off. Plus is smells pleasant unlike most flea sprays.. as far as longevity goes. Well like anything else it doesn't last as long as they would make you believe or as long as you would like. But for straight knock out power. I'm impressed. And with no pesticide smell...
"Worked for me"
Our puppy had fleas pretty bad this summer, and after using this once his fleas fell right off of him. We also got rid of bed bugs with it.
I used this product unsuccessfully for fleas and ticks on dogs. It did not deter the fleas and ticks at all. However we had a sudden infestation of mosquitoes after a rare rain and they were tormenting my horses. I had this spray and tried against the mosquitoes. It was quite helpful, but it must be applied everyday.
I had high hopes for this product, but it didn't work -- at all. I even sprayed it directly on a young, Brown Dog Tick -- saturating it -- then placed the tick in a container over night. In the morning, I was dismayed to see the tick alive, well and active.
