This is a MINI halter for sure!! It fits the Shetland I but it for, but just bearly. :) Glad it works and is very brightly colored (bought purple), but definitely for a miniature.

"I've Had Two Of These"
The first one was blue and was adorable, for our mini perfect. I lost it and decided to get another, I went with purple this time. It's waaay to small, it barely fits over his nose. I don't know if the design has changed or if they just vary greatly by size, but there is no way this new one is going to fit a normal mini. On the flip side it does fit some of my goats, so at least I have some use for it.
