    "Lots of Trouble"

I have had several of these waterers. The first ones were galvanized but eventually they developed holes and leaked from the bowl. We are constantly replacing the rubber grommets and eventually we replaced all the inner workings to get it to stop leaking. It would work for a little while and then start right back up leaking. Eventually we replaced them with the coated waterers hoping for better luck but we are still having problems. We can't figure out why they keep leaking

    "Great Waterers"

I have a boarding stable with 30 of the galvanized waterers in use. They're great! Seldom have any problems which is great because water problems are what I don't have time for everyday. We're on a well and occasionally the inlet will get a little something stuck in it. Usually picking up a little piece of hay and clearing the hole is all it takes. These have been up and running 1 1/2 years. I'd highly recommend them.

    "Good Waterer, Poor Assumptions"

I bought this waterer locally and the instructions were not included. It appeared to attach directly to a hose, but this is not the case. You will need an adapter for that to happen. I've had no problems with it since I got it set up correctly... in fact, this is now the preferred waterer of ALL the animals on the farm. We will be adding a dozen more over the next few years.

    "Works Great!"

Works great, as long as you follow instructions. Water pressure 10-70 PSI. If your water is city supplied need pressure reducer or will have problems with the rubber stoppers failing. If on a well not usually a problem as wells are not over 70 PSI.

    "Cheap plastic"

I have NEVER had one of those toilet plunger variety waterers that does not leak from almost day one and get progressively worse. Before long it is no longer possible to adjust the plunger and it is impossible to create a water seal. Please sell a quality waterer. Any good nose push, so long as the valve is brass, is FAR superior.
