This is not a well made item. It is adjustable but I couldnt get it to work well. Also, its definitely not made for dachshunds!! It just didnt work well as it looks like in the picture. The arm straps fall down and if they are tight as needed the dog is way up to my chin otherwise if loosened the dog leans outward too far.
