"Wish it hadn't made her scratch to leave sores"

Out three cats this helped one of my cats not be so aggressive by means of growling when another cat gets within a foot of her, lessened her fighting with the others too. BUT she kept scratching her neck where collar was leaving big sores, so I had to take it off her. So needless to say great idea, wish it had worked but caused a lot of sores.

    "Reduced fighting"

I have 2 barn cats (neutered males) that have always intermittently fought. These collars help when the fighting becomes intolerable. They may not get along perfectly but at least they do get along. I'm not thrilled with the initial fragrance of the collars and there is a powder that you can shake off but they do work. YMMV

    "So far so good"

I purchased this collar hoping to calm down my two neutered male cats that were fighting for dominance at my house. We have noticed a marked change in both - especially in the more aggressive of the two. While not perfect (still a few skirmishes) they do seem to be calmer and easier going. I feel that it has been worth my money - it has definitely helped. It was worth the try!

    "Works on stressed cat"

This collar works perfectly on an older stressed cat. After 5 years one of my male cats decided he no longer wanted to get along with one of my female cats. They still have to remain in separate rooms when I am not home but he no longer is fixated on her when I am at home. The collar took about 4 days to start working. I just purchased another 3 pack as this is the only thing that has worked for my situation.

    "Did not work"

I bought this collar hoping it would help our male neutered cat accept our new addition. He started spraying when we found a kitten (luckily he is an outdoor cat)and he growls and hisses at her-just hates her. I thought the collar might work. I took it out of the package and it said to stretch it. Well, it should say to unravel it, not stretch because it broke in half. I mended it, but my male is still crabby to the new baby and still sprays.

    "Yeah! No More PEE!"

" WOW, It works Great! My 4 yr old ""Munchkin"" Cat Started peeing in random spot out of the blue? Anything Plastic she Pees on. The other day she walked up and Peed right next to MY RECLINER WHERE I ALWAYS SIT!Because she's a MUNCHKIN , She's way too Tiny(3 lbs)to kick her butt out side.(Although, It did cross my mind...) So, I went to the Local Pet Store where a employee told me about ""GENRTY"" Calming/Pheromone Collars. I have Never heard of them.I purchased one and got it home and put it on her right away. A N D.... SHE LOVES IT!!WOW! So far she seems to be a Changed Kitty! Has not Peed on anything...YET!?! It's been about 3 Weeks! Also it has a Wonderful Smell(Lavender & Chamomile). It cost is about the same as any Flea Collar and it looks exactly like one. They last about 1 month & costs aprox.$9-ish. I'm Keeping my fingers crossed that this will be cure. Time will tell. I would recommend it to anyone with a Cat that seems a little off. That's In need of some Calming. It's worth a try before your Kitty gets the Boot! Thank you, I hope this has Helped. "Works Immediately"

I thought about buying the plug in, but reconsidered because it made more sense to put the pheromone on the cat so it could go with it where ever it may travel in the house. My cat isn't relaxed about much of anything, so when he started spraying just because we put up a Christmas tree something had to change. It helped him immediately! I have not found a single new marking. I worry less when I move furniture or bring in a box from a delivery, he doesn't see the need to mark any new or moved objects any more.

    "Works great"

A friend of mine gave me one of these collars to try on one of our cats who started marking all over in our house. We put it on him and there was a noticeable change right away. We have been going on 3 weeks now, and I have only had to clean up 2 or 3 times since he started wearing it. This is a major improvement as I was cleaning multiple spots daily before. I would highly recommend these collars.

    "very strong smell; not breakaway"

The lavender-insecticide stench of the collar is terribly strong. And that's for a human... it must be unbearable for a cat with a sense of smell that is 14 times better than ours. I put the collar outside at first, thinking the odor might fade in a day or so, but it didn't. There is also a worrisome powdery substance on the collar, which is weird because the collar is supposed to be impregnated with the pheromone... so what's the powder? The collar is a very stff plastic, and doesn't have the standard safety feature of a breakaway clasp. I don't know if it would have helped my cat because I got rid of it and instead tried Feliway.

    "Seems to work!"

"I purchased this collar because my cat Wizzie marks his territory by spraying. Yuk. I put the collar on him 3 weeks ago and have only had one small ""incident"" since then. Compared to an incident almost daily, I would say this collar has improved Wizzie's poor behavior. I do not like the stiffness of the collar and it was difficult to adjust. That is why I gave this product a rating of 4."

    "It's working"

"Moments after I write this, there probably will be a cat fight, but I hope not. My husband and I realized tonight that we haven't heard hissing and growling and yowling in about a week, meaning our alpha female cat has not attacked our submissive female in days. That is far different from recent months when fights were nightly, usually just as we were dozing off. The difference is the Good Behavior collar. It's working to calm the aggressive behavior. We're very pleased. One thing it has not improved is separation anxiety in the aggressive cat, an orphan bottle-raised from a few hours old and of course poorly socialized because of it. She still yowls and carries ""babies"" around when she thinks she has been left alone in the house. We got the collar primarily to see if it would work on her aggression against the other female, and it definitely has helped. We're pleased. I see that people complain about the powder on the collar, but that's really a tiny problem - there's powder when you take it out of the package and put it on, then you don't have to handle it or deal with it, so what really is the problem? The fragrance is a bit strong for me, but I have fragrance allergies. And the collar itself is a quite stiff and difficult to adjust at first, but as time goes by I'm sure the company will find some better materials and a better way of infusing the pheromone into the material. For the powder, fragrance and stiffness, I'd probably rate the collar a 3.5, but I expect improvement as materials improve. But I'm very happy with the way it is working. I did not start with a whole-room diffuser because our primary living area has very high ceilings, and I thought we'd need too many expensive diffusers. I found the collar, and our vet said it was worth a try. Putting the collar right on the offending cat is much cheaper and is working. If you try it, be sure to give it at least two or three weeks or maybe l"
