"Love The ID Bands"
We have used just about everything to keep track of young pups. Nothing works as well as these bands. We go through several for each pup before they are big enough to wear an adjustable collar. Thank you, for carrying these!
We can depend on these bands to stay on the pets. Excellent choice.
I have used these bands for years with litters of puppies. My breed is small so I usually cut the bands in half length wise. I put the DOB and birth weight on the band. You need to make sure they are snug enough not to let the puppy slip out of it or catch a leg in it but not so snug that it is too tight. At the cost, it is still very economical even changing them frequently as the pup is growing.
"great use them all the time "
make sure they are not to lose are they will get one foot it and make sure you change them as they grow.
"Strangled and Akc labadore "
Band was placed on 9 puppies 3 bands ended up under my dogs chest and they couldn't breath thank good we check them in the middle of the night. Not good for puppies.
Very good product. We put the ID bands n ur kids at birth and write their birth date, tattoo number and dam. There is no mistake when it comes to tattooing them and the bands stay put until the kids outgrow them.
"Not good for bunnies"
I bought these figuring that if they worked well to tell kittens apart I could use them for rabbit litters. They all fell off in less than 24 hours. Not a huge amount invested so not a lot lost. Except that now I can't tell any of my bunnies apart!
"ID collars for kittens"
When cut in half longwise they will fit the baby kittens. I volunteer with a non-profit group, I take in the baby kittens without mothers to bottle raise. I use the ID tags two diffent ways. Either I use them to Identify litters apart or to tell kittens in a litter apart when they look too much a like.
"EJay I-D Bands"
These are wonderful !! Absolutely best way to keep track of Grooming or/and Boarding animals. They are safe, and large enough to write on in permanent marker all pertinent information ,such as medications, and instructions. Best thing since the advent of computers :) Terri
"Best short term ID I have found"
I use these on goat kids. Easily cut to size and tough. I write the Nanny's ID number on the band so I know which baby goes with which nanny. Very helpful when you have 50 nannies all kidding the same week and everyone gets confused as to who belongs to who.
I use these for temporary id on our kids before tagging and tattooing. They are quick to apply and will not rip. We use permanent marker to record name, dam , and birthdate right on the band. If the kids or does get confused, we can quickly sort things out. Also, in the unfortunate event we lose a kid, there is no doubt as to its identity.
These bands are a lifesaver! I volunteer with a rescue group and we use these to i.d. litters of puppies. They hold up really well and you can write on them with a magic marker. The pricing is great too! Thank you Jeffer's! We really like the bright colors!
These bands are absolutely life savers! We use these bands when we are expecting large crops of kids. They can easily be wrote on so that you can keep track of their date of birth, sire and dams. With them coming in so many colors we can ?Ç£color-code?Ç¥ our kids, so we are easily able to break down which kids are bucklings and which are doelings. We have also used these bands to mark which animals we have in the herd that is for sale, or the ones that are expecting kids along with the date that they are due. I love to have these bands when I am having to go somewhere and leave my animals in the care of others, as I can easily color code which animals are which so that the caretaker is able to remember and provide the proper care to each animal. There are so many different uses for these bands, so they are definitely well worth the money.
