The smaller syring was the only thing I could force feed my little runt puppy with until he was able to nurse on his own!

"Works for Horses Too!"
I disagree previous review. I have used this for dosing horses & cats, more than once & easily more than 5x. For horses I cut the tip off & works great. It has held up better then the regular dosing syringes w/rubber gasket.

"Disapointed"
Very disappointed with this feeder. They need to add a rubber gasket at the end of the plunger to hold the suction. Plastic upon plastic just does not hold up to fill and dispense the formula. Nice size , easy to read, Just lost suction for filling and dispensing formula after less then 5 uses. Your better off looking at the syringes with the rubber gaskets and adding a pet nipple to the end of syringe or a tube feeder cut to size needed.
