I have been milking goats for 25 years or more and have tried all of the udder products. This one works best for me and my girls. It is less greasy and therefore doesn’t collect dirt and bedding like Bag Balm and some of the others. I use it on all of my milkers every morning. It really keeps their udders soft.
I read good reviews on this when I pur chased it.. which is interesting considering now there just so happens to not be any.. so not sure what that was about? The ingredients were not clearly listed anywhere. I opened this, it's disgusting, it smells horrid and feels even worse on the skin. I read the ingredienta list- loaded with toxic chemicals, dyes, and parabens. Gross. Going in the trash. Don't waste your money, just buy the good stuff.
"Chap guard plus udder cream"
Chap guard plus is the very best udder cream I've ever used, I've been using it for somewhere around 20 years. Its not too watery, and not so thick it wont spread. It gives your hands ( and the animals udder) immediate relief. And I use it on just about every kind of wound my animals and I have come in with, and it literally heals overnight. With cuts, it will sooth and keep them moist so they can heal properly, and even minor burns, or barnyard cuts that usually get infected wont when you coat them with this. I just wish Jeffers carried the 4# bucket size.
"Best hand cream out there!"
Used this on your hands before gardening. It protects your hands & makes clean-up easy. It completely absorbs and doesn't leave a sticky residue. Very light scent. Non-greasy. Very healing. a little goes a l-o-n-g way. Just the best all around hand cream. I use it every day, no more cracked fingers tips, even in the winter!
