"Works but"
I only castrate a few animals per year. I have used this on calves, sheep and goats, it did a good job. However it is made of plastic and has only lasted about 3 years. I went to test it for this spring, thinking my bands were no longer viable and the plastic part that holds the metal spreader broke. I'll be going for all metal this time.
