My dog especially likes the end pieces. Please sell these as replacements too.
"Busy buddy Bristle Dog Bone "
Not happy with the bone didn't hold up at all. Had it two weeks and the purple thing came with her chewing , Not good for chewing at all!!😠😠🐶🐶. My puppy was upset when I got it away from her,but I didn't want sick by swollening the purple thing!!
I have 3 9month old pits that love to chew. 1 is an aggressive chewer, and she will not put this bone down. Satisfies her urge to chew and that makes for a happy human mom :)
"Great for aggressive teething puppies"
They are great, purchased one along with the refills for our Amercian Bulldog. Then our other dog tried stealing it so now ordering another one :)
"My dogs LOVE this!"
I have two pit bulls and I got them these bones last Christmas. Not only do they love them, but they are still completely intact! Normally toys don't last a week in my house. The only things you have to replace are the treat rings. A great toy for powerful chewers.
"Not for hard chewers"
Good for medium chewer - not a hard chewer. My 14 month old German Shepherd figured out how to unscrew it in 4 days. I was only watching her intermittently and she promptly ate the two plastic bristle rings before I could grab the bone. I still use the bone, keeps her busy for about 10 minutes, so it was good to be able to purchase the extra pack of gnawhide rings.
"Best chew toy ever"
My dog will get into garbage and other things when I'm gone unless I give her this chew toy. She will carry it around while I'm gone and not get into anything. When I come home she has fun chewing off the rawhide. She uses a small bone and the medium size rings. Caution: some replacement rings are made of cornstarch. My dog gets sick if she eats corn so I have to be very careful when purchasing the replacement rings.
"Keeps em busy even after the treat is gone"
My 35 pound beagle-mix demolished both rawhide disks in about 40 minutes, but keeps on chewing on it since bits of softened rawhide are stuck between the bristles and rubber nubs. Definitely worth the money - has lasted more than 4 times the average rawhide bone and he is actually ingesting less rawhide than with a regular knot rawhide.
"Two paws up!"
My dogs love this and it has held up! I have found this version (have both this and the bouncy bone) makes the gnawhides harder to get to, so it works great for my heavy chewer.
Got one for my Rott, and she loves it. Got a 2nd one for my new puppy. Lasts about an hour for each dog. The puppy is ready for a nap after her hour-long chew. The rawhide rings are kind of expensive, but I think it's worth it because the dogs are clearly entertained, so they don't develop destructive chewing habits.
"Dogs Just Love It!!!!!!"
Order 2 of these and I have to get more, the dogs just love them. Cleaned their teeth on the first time. I will say I have one dog that won't touch it, put he is picky anyway.
"Two thumbs up"
i bought this for my lab! its a very durable toy as well as it aides in cleaning his teeth. the treats that are next to the bristles encourage them to chew longer. It unscrews for easy cleaning and treat replacement. we have had ours for about a year now and it shows very little wear and thats great comming from a 115 pound lab. great product!
