Resource Guarding: It's Mine, Back Off!

Resource guarding is when a dog controls access to food, objects, people, and/or locations that are important to him through defensive body language or overt aggressive display. This is actually a relatively common canine behavior and can be influenced by a number of environmental and situational stimuli, including a dog’s natural instinct to survive.

    "Amazing results"

When I first moved to Phoenix I moved in with my daughter who had two small dogs that barked and barked. Not only would they bark when someone came to the door but they would continue to bark long into the visit. A friend of mine suggested Confidence blend. So we rubbed it on our hands and pet the dog around the face and even put a little into the water bowl. We asked our visitors to spray a little on themselves too. It was amazing. The dogs barked briefly when the bell was rang, but stopped immediately when they entered our house. We have used it for years.
