A-Gland Soft Chews for Dogs, 65 count
Anal sac disease is very common in dogs. Anal sac disease begins as an uncomfortable impaction and can progress to an infection or abscess.
Anal sac impaction can develop in dogs when the natural anal sac fluids are not completely expresses as the dog defecates. The fluid can become so dry and thick that it plugs up the anal sac openings causing the impaction. Left untreated, the impaction will turn into an infection.

Unfortunately, my dog would not even try these. They had a very strong odor - not good - and were extremely dry. Since she would not eat then, I have no idea if they would have worked.
"Bernville, PA product works"
Stopped giving the A-Gland chews to 2 of my dogs and the scooting started again. We are back on the A-Gland chews and after 4 days the scooting stopped.
My cockapoo was at the vet every 2 weeks I thought I would try this stuff and it actually works I was so surprised I also bought canned pumpkin and mix it with his food several times a week and he hadn't had to go back to get his anal glands expressed yay
We have been using these chews for a long time and have nit had to have our dog's glands drained
We have been using this product for a good while and we have really seen a difference in the mobility of our dog Elliot.
"Seems to help"
Lefty can be a finicky eater, but he thinks these taste just fine. I am happy, because since he's been taking these, he has stopped scooting.
