12" KONG Equine Hanging Set w/ Treat Ring, Green
KONG equine is made from all-natural Zootooth rubber. A proprietary blend of all-natural rubber that provides greater durability and flexibility. In the same shape as the iconic KONG for dogs, the KONG Equine Hanging Set comes with the addition of a treat ring and hardware for hanging.
The possibilities are endless with this set, use hanging or on the ground. Fill the treat ring with carrots (hint...baby carrots will add to the level of stimulation) and your horse's favorite treats. The hole in the bottom is perfect for filling with hay.
All horses can benefit from the stimulation that toys can bring. Let's face it, we all feel guilty about the amount of time that we are not able to spend with our horses. Whether your horse is left out on pasture or spends his or her time in a stall, they can all benefit from more mental stimulation. This helps to keep your horse "busy" and less likely to develop bad habits like cribbing or wind-sucking.
"Every one of my boys LOVE the KONG equine...even those that would normally care less about a toy. The KONG is much more than just another ball or lick holder. With all of the holes and crevices that the included treat ring provides...they stay busy for hours!" -Kimberly Cahill, Jeffers Equine Marketing Manager & New Product Designer.

"An Instant Success!!"
I was very excited to see how my boy Apollo would like the new Kong for horses. He is very toy driven. The Kong has been a HUGE success. What's super exciting is that the rest of the boys (that normally wouldn't give a toy a second glance) absolutely love it too! So much so that poor Apollo is not so sure about the concept of sharing "his" toy! All of the crevices in the ring allow for differing degrees of difficulty in getting the treats out. My guys are not kept in stalls for any part of the day, but still spend a lot of their time playing with the Kong. I would highly recommend this for any horse that has to spend any amount of time in a stall. And don't think for a second that your horse might not take to it. If my warmblood loves it.....Every Horse Will! :) - Kim Cahill, Equine Specialist
