Silver has been used in veterinary medicine including the treatment of seborrhea in animals. Seborrhea is a skin condition characterized by abnormal production of sebum, resulting in dry, flaky, or oily skin. Jeffers Silver Seborrhea Antiseptic Pet Shampoo helps normalize keratinization, and manage odor, dry, flaky and/or oily seborrheic skin conditions in dogs, cats, and horses. This shampoo combines a proprietary formulation of salicylic acid and ethyl lactate for enhanced broad-spectrum antiseptic and keratoplastic activity. Jeffers Silver Seborrhea Antiseptic Animal Shampoo is indicated to help normalize keratinization and manage odor, dry, flaky, and/or oily seborrheic skin conditions in dogs, cats, and horses. Contains ceramide III to help support healthy skin and MicroSilver BG as a skin conditioning ingredient to help normalize skin flora. It is an antiseptic and antiseborrheic shampoo for dogs, cats, and horses.

Key features:

• Shake well before use
• Wet the hair coat with warm water & apply small amounts of shampoo from the base of the neck to the base of the tail
• Massage shampoo over pet's body to ensure good contact with the skin
• Allow to remain on hair for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly
• May be used initially 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks; then reduce use to once per week or as directed by your veterinarian
