How To Measure Your Dog
For selecting the correct size, your dog's chest size is the best measurement to use. Measure around the thickest part of the chest. If not available, your dog's weight may be use dog as as guideline.
We have relied on JeffersPet for years because of great products and service. Thanks to your expertise you have really helped us resolve our problems with our Pembroke Welch Corgi, Dixie Dynamite. We tried everything from behavioral modification to ignoring my dog's phobias to medication (traditional & homeopathic), but nothing worked as well as the thundershirt. She quakes until we put it on her, then within 2 minutes, she's relaxed. The great thing is that the effect is so immediate she was able to correlate the two. Now, as soon as she hears the velcro open up, she runs over and stands still until we get it on her.
Ordered by a friend for our very fearful dog I was more than skeptical. She hates, wind, thunder, fireworks and gunfire and will pant, shake and hide, or tries to sleep on your head if it's after bedtime!
