Works good

I have used this stapler and had no problem with it. Works well. I have not had one jam on me since Jeffers changed to this one. But like all things you can get a bad one I am sure. You do have to keep them clean after each use or the blood will get up in the staples and jam it I am sure. I clean mine after each use. The guy that had his jam may not have cleaned it. I like it and would recommend it.

stapler

I actually had very good luck with the stapler. I must admit that I don't have a lot of experience with them, but I had to use it on my dog when she ripped sutures out and it worked great. I think they can all be a little iffy at times.

I purchased 3 skin staplers. Only one worked and it jammed when only half the staples were used. Jeffers did carry a smaller skin stapler but switched to this one. It is a piece of junk. I would not recommend this product. I now go to my local medical supplies store and get the stapler that Jeffers did carry. The med. supply store said the same thing about this stapler. They stopped selling it too.
