I purchased this halter to use as a safe turn out halter for a three month warmblood foal. Fit well,didn't rub when left on 24/7, and held up to normal strain. Oiled the leather when new to prevent cracking or easy breaks,but it did what it was suppose to do when my filly got caught,it completely broke free. Would definitely purchase again and again.
I ordered this halter for a weanling colt and upon inspection I could tell it was the cheapest, thinnest leather I have ever seen. He wore it for less than a day and the leather snapped in half, which I'm sure didn't take much at all. Spend the extra money and get the better leather halter. This one is a dud.
