I just ordered an extra one of these for when the current one is used up. Our cat loves it! The last one I ordered arrived and he jumped in the shipping box with it when I opened the box! He loves them!
It is now 2 years after I bought these and they are still being used daily by 3 of the 5 cats. It's the large ones (12-15 pounds) that use it as there bed. I have bought many, many more expense items, that wasn't ever used.
I ordered three of these 2 months ago and my cats love them. They have never scratched in them but love to sleep in them. I have several large cats and they will stretch out all over the box; using the edges as pillows. You can rotate the 3 liners to keep a clean look. One box did split in the front, but I taped the edges back and it's working fine. If you have a cat 5-8 pounds you wouldn't have this problem. For us larger cat owners, just reinforce the edges with clear packing tape.
