I bought this saddle pad on clearance nearly three years ago and it's still absolutely perfect. No signs of wear, cleans very easily, airs out quickly. Very well priced, I use it for schooling and everyday riding on my Quarter gelding. Plenty of cushion for his back, no complaints!! Would highly recommend this saddle pad for any western rider. Also fits my friend's Australian saddle nicely.
I like to save money and this pad is the way to go!! It helps keep my saddle from slipping on my wide barreled Quarter horse and I have seen an improvement in her sweat patterns. Most saddle pads she would have dry spots, this one she is dry along her spine and evenly wet along the length of pad. Will buy another for our other horse :)
The pad itself is great and I don't have to tighten the cinch near as much because the pad doesn't slip. Overall I love it, but my mustang is short-backed and 14.2hh so it would be perfect if it came in a 30x30 inch size because this big pad rubs his flank at a lope and he did a little crow hop the first time but he will get used to it. It distributes the weight great and I would have given it a 110% love it rating if it had a smaller size but I would still recommend this pad.
