"Dogs love it"
I have two German Shepherds who absolutely love their Jolly Balls. We have two of them out in the yard. We throw two of them and they rush out to bring them back or play tug of war. The balls are very durable. If we don't play at least twice a day, they feel deprived.
"Incredible Enjoyment For Your Dog!"
Large or small, there is a 'Jolly Ball' for every canine! These balls provide many, many days...if not weeks of pure enjoyment for my dogs! They chew, shake the ball by the handle, throw it up in the air, and then do it all again! One of my dogs loves his so much, he will even bark at it while playing! These sturdy toys are well worth the money, and usually takes my large boys three weeks to a couple of months to destroy them! Thank you, Jeffers, for offering such a great toy at a reasonable price!
"Nix the Handle!"
If you have a chewer look for the jolly ball with no handle. My dog sat right down with this one, chewed off the handle and then ripped up the rest of the ball. The ones with no handle (both the hard and the softer ones) have proven to be pretty indestructible.
"Best ball toy"
These balls are the best for long term play. They last and last. Dogs love the handles but the handle is what goes first from too much carrying. One dog drops his in his water bucket and fishes it out over and over. Like bobbing for apples! They also love the bigger horse balls.
"German Shepherds Love!"
I have two German Shepherds and this is the only toy they cannot destroy in 5 minutes and has kept their interest. They absolutely LOVE their Jolly Ball. We replace them every 2-3 months since they chew the handles off and they wear with them playing 5-6 hours non stop with them daily. They would be lost without their Jolly Ball toys. Best investments we ever made!
I have 3 German Shepherds and this is their favorite toy. They have ripped it to shreds but it still has the handle. It has lasted longer than any other ball or toy. We can not walk in the back without one of them bringing it to us so that we can throw it. Then the fun begins and the chase is on. I have bought several of these and plan to keep buying them.
My 2 year old Boxer had the handle torn to shreds in 45 minutes. I expected something tougher than this. Might be OK for a toy breed.
"My Rottie has 2 of these (8"" for indoors and 10"" for outside)and he loves them. After months of daily gnawing and grabbing with his big teeth, he has finally worn them out so I'm ordering 2 more for him."
"My dogs LOVE IT!"
This is a great tuff ball! My boxers can not keep balls because they pop too easy. This ball has not popped!! My dogs love this ball, for tug of war and catch. They also love running around the yard with it in their mouth and shaking it! Best heavy duty ball Ive seen!
"Bestest Toy Ever"
"I've had a 8"" jolly ball in the yard for a month. It's showing some wear and tear, but part of that is my fault. My pitbull, Beau's favorite game is for me to squish the ball and jam it under the deck. He'll sit patiently until the ball is puffed up again (love that feature) and then he'll spend a few minutes ferociously pulling it out. After a few fierce headshakes, he'll drop it at my feet and go sit by the deck again. This could be why one side of the handle will likely break within a week or two. Great toy!"
My golden LOVES his Jolly Ball! He doesn't chew it up but enjoys carrying it around & tackling it on the ground. He also likes to play keepaway with it. It has worn a bit at the handle but it's probably 5 years old. He has tons of tennis balls in the yard which are the target of his chewing (ripping off the covers is a specialty). His Jolly Ball is a favorite.
"Not Well Made"
I had the horse Jolly Ball in the past and that is made of heavier duty materials. After one play and fetch session with this one, the handle is already halfway bitten through. They are right that it doesn't pop, but I am not impressed by the durability of this toy. I would not purchase it again, though I would recommend the horse version of the Jolly Ball.
"Excellent Pool Toy"
You can't let them sit and chew on this toy because it'll be gone on minutes. But, if you're actively playing with them its a great pool toy. I have two pitties and a jack that loves them, they know it's time to swim when they come out.
"Labrador ATE Jolly Ball"
"I bought this for my Labrador - who chews everything. His favorite game is tug of war, so I thought this would be good for him. He had the entire handle chewed off in a day. Now I use it to stuff his other toys in, and he enjoys ""digging"" them out of the ball."
"Did not last long"
I have a one year old 40 pound aussie. He absolutely loved his JollyBall, that's why I wish it lasted. He had the air plugged popped off in a day, and now that it was squished, he started biting pieces out of it. Bottom line I had to throw it away in less then 2 days. Though, he loved it so much, I might buy another one and hope it doesn't happen again.
