Low profile design for increased rodent activity. Bait placement can be done both horizontally and vertically. Fastens securely and requires an included key to open. So durable you can step on it.

This is the worst rodent feed station design ever. The older model Jeffers carried was much more farm real! This is made to hold only a few baits. I can only figure out how to get 5 at the most in there and that is with screwing around with all the bars that are not even complete. There are 3 stand up bars and two cross bars. The cross bars allow the bait to rotate keeping the rodents from having any purchase to gnaw on it. There are 4 spaces for upright bars which are functional but only 3 uprights are included. The station itself is poorly designed in that if you put it anywhere where it might get rained on or wet the water seeps into the seams of the lid which is ill fitted to begin with. If you turn it upside down its even worse in that the cavities fill with water. The safety key is a complete joke and worthless and wears out after one to three uses leaving one to run around looking for a screw driver to force it open. The older model was cleanable, water proof and rodent friendly. I should have sent these back but employees set them up and i neglected to look at them for a month. Waste of money if you are serious about a long term investment in a feeder station. To bad the older one is not available here as i have ones that are 10 years old plus and still functional.
