    "Happy happy happy!"

Love this pad! Nice thick wool, has a good softness to it yet it's super sturdy. Contour is perfect. Wouldn't think twice about buying another one.

    "Love it!"

I love the pad! Been using mine for over a year now, and even in the hottest weather after a long trail ride my horse's back is barely sweaty. Even my boarders love it&borrow it! Fits one of my boarder's high-withered horse fine, she's planning on buying one herself!

    "Great for high withers"

This has been the BEST pad for high withered horses that I've tried, and I have 8 . Maybe some buyers aren't pulling it up into their pommel swell while saddling? But I've found that it works nicely even if you don't know to do that or forget.

    "Not quite what I thought..."

This is a great pad, but it isn't quite what I was hoping for. It is contoured, but I have found that it doesn't really fit my high-necked or high-withered horses. The contoured area sits down on their necks and rubs them. Three of the four horses I have used it on did NOT like it, to the point they were thinking pretty hard about bucking. Two were gaited horses and one is a high-withered quarter-type horse. I did try it on my very low-necked appaloosa mare and she seemed to like it well enough - which I am relieved to know that I didn't purchase it in vain.

    "Great pad!"

This is a great pad, especially for the price. There was a noticeable difference in my mare wearing this pad. Not that she was ouchy before but she seems even more comfortable now. Have used it for several months and plan to order more.

    "What I was looking for"

I was impressed with all the positive reviews for this pad, so much so that it motivated my purchase. I am pleased to say they are correct; this pad is well formed but soft and flexible, it is thick enough to provide the shock protection needed for the toughest trail rides and to wick away moisture and heat at the same time. This is the pad I will use from now on. Thanks!

    "Awesome pad!"

This is the best pad I've found for my horse. Fits great! Very absorbing, easy to clean and tough. I've bought some expensive pads and always return to this one. Will buy more.

    "Best Pad!!! "

I bought this saddle pad on clearance nearly three years ago and it's still absolutely perfect. No signs of wear, cleans very easily, airs out quickly. Very well priced, I use it for schooling and everyday riding on my Quarter gelding. Plenty of cushion for his back, no complaints!! Would highly recommend this saddle pad for any western rider. Also fits my friend's Australian saddle nicely.

    "Great Buy!!"

I like to save money and this pad is the way to go!! It helps keep my saddle from slipping on my wide barreled Quarter horse and I have seen an improvement in her sweat patterns. Most saddle pads she would have dry spots, this one she is dry along her spine and evenly wet along the length of pad. Will buy another for our other horse :)

    "Great but Too Big"

The pad itself is great and I don't have to tighten the cinch near as much because the pad doesn't slip. Overall I love it, but my mustang is short-backed and 14.2hh so it would be perfect if it came in a 30x30 inch size because this big pad rubs his flank at a lope and he did a little crow hop the first time but he will get used to it. It distributes the weight great and I would have given it a 110% love it rating if it had a smaller size but I would still recommend this pad.

    "Great Product for the Cost"

Bought this from Jeffers this past year. An excellent pad for the money spent. It is reasonably priced and to date has held up well. Our horse that uses this pad is 16H, has high withers and is somewhat swayed back. This pad is a very nice fit. Tried to use for another horse that has a much straighter back and my Tucker saddle did not really sit flat on his back. Also like Jeffers no cost shipping for purchases over $60. Made this pad a really great buy.

    "Worth the money"

Great saddle pad, I would have to say the best one from here for the price. Stays under the saddle, no slide. My horse is used for hours of riding and putting in cattle. The last one I had made him sweat a bunch, but this one, it takes a while for them to start sweating. I recommend this pad to all my friends.

    "Ranch Tuff working pad"

I have to give this tuff wool pad a 5 star rating. For the price, you cannot go wrong. I've been using the pad for about two months now out on some hard riding trails and working a young horse. It fits up real nice.
