"Tetroxy 343 (Oxytetracycline HCI Soluble Powder)"

Very easy to use! I followed the directions and added the insight from Elizabeth from Jacksonville. My chickens developed salpingitits, so in order to keep them alive, I had to do something. I gave the 1 teaspoon dose in a gallon of water for 10 days. This brought the condition under control. I also purchased the Backyard Chicken Health Pack 3-Pack, and will continue to use this product to keep their digestive tract healthy. I have 29 pet chickens and wish to keep them. Don't use the eggs while medicating.

    "Used for swollen chicken bum"

Used this product to treat my chickens swollen bum. My chickens couldn't poop and they bodies were looking rather large. Didn't know what to do so I called three feed store. This is what they suggested and said it was actually a bacterial infection and it was quite common with chickens. The directions are horrible. Here's how I used it and its working. 1 gal milk jug and mix in enough powder until it is bright yellow. If it is orange, chicken won't drink it. Just as more water. It will save you're chickens!
