10" diameter with handle. Red.
The little red jolly ball is amazing for my pekinese/chihuahua/shihtzu who has played with it since he was 6 months old. BUT I recommend one without a handle as he was able to chew it almost completely off during supervised play! I had to take a hacksaw to it so he wouldn't eat the rubber. I will buy another ball because it is tough and has endured months of play and chewing just with no handle.
"durable outdoor ball"
Bought two for our Golden Retrievers. The balls stay outside all year long. Our dogs, Chloe and Tuck, love to play toss and fetch with them - snow and sun. The balls don't deflate like regular balls, and despite two 85-90# dogs, who love to chew, the handles and ball are still intact!
"Just okay for my Pointer"
I thought this was going to be the ultimate toy for my German Shorthair Pointer. Not so. She's chewed the handle nearly off after only a few hours of supervised play. Her back teeth are pretty sharp as a puppy and even with me playing with her constantly, she's gotten a lot of handle chewed to nearly a nub. Might be better suited for horses I see.
"Great for large dogs too!"
My Doberman loves this ball. I knew this had to be better than a slightly deflated basketball he was playing around in the yard with and sure enough it has his approval! It keeps him entertained!
"Docs haven Fun"
Have a video of my stallion playing and romping with his Jolly Ball... He loves it so much he would guard it when you came in the pen....No he was not mean about it... just protecting his play partner. You can check it out on my face book page. Unfortunately the wind stole his ball this summer and until I can afford another one he has to be on his own....
"Jolly Ball "
My Border Collie has been playing with his for 6 months. He plays with it 6 or more hours a day. When he gets up in the morning he can't wait to get outside. He leaves it at the back door and picks it up as he comes and go's. Very DURABLE
"Best dog toy ever...not so sure for horses"
I got one of these for my welsh pony gelding a few years ago, who is normally a very playful horse. He messed with it for about ten minutes and then lost complete interest. After a few months of it sitting down in a pile of leaves in the pasture, my boxerman discovered it - and became virtually addicted. He loves to chew on it, play fetch with it (the handle works well for both me and him), and oddly enough his favorite game is to get someone to step on it or otherwise compress it while he attacks the air that comes out of the opening. He loves it to the point of being fanatical. My pit bull loves it too, and since it can stand up to her jaws, it's pretty durable!
"Great for stall kept horses!"
My horses LOVE Jolly Balls, I don't know what we would do without them, my three year old gelding is on his second this year because he plays with his so much he actually put a hole in the handle and even now still loves it. It's such a lifesaver to have something to keep him busy, it keeps his mind off cribbing or being in the stall on rainy or hot days. Thanks Jeffers for having such a great item at the lowest price around.
