"Love these boots"
Bought these l3/2013. I wear them pretty much for riding. And catching. And feeding after a ride. And cleaning up the trailer, stall, pasture. Ok. I wear them a lot. On the horse, in the river if the horse needs courage meant, in the mud and in the heat of summer. Great. Boot! First pair had a minor, almost-cosmetic sole problem, but Jeffers shipped me out a new pair right away. Could not be happier. Compliments all the time. I have super narrow ankles (to go with my big feet) and they are a tad loose, but the lacing helps and I just bunch my socks down before I ride. Saves time.
Very nice boots. I just got them today. I did order down like the reviews said and I am happy that I did. They fit perfect. I usually wear a 7/12-8. I ordered a 7 and it is just perfect. I do have a high arch and they were a little bit hard to get on, but once I got my foot in the rest was all good. I'm sure that they will stretch a little as I put them on everyday. They look very good in person and they do feel good. I'm very happy with my purchase.
These are great. Luckily they do run a half size bigger because if your a kid then your feet are always growing. For so much money they should be able to fit forever. They are stylish and comfortable
These are beautiful!! and they FIT! they may run wide for some but fit perfect and true to size for me! and they are a great dual boot for trails to out on the town. Just arrived and I am happy with them 100%.
"great all purpose boot"
I wore these boots up in the KY mountains this winter and did a lot of hiking, mucking and riding. They held up great, no major scuffs from all the mountain climbing I did. The calve is very adjustable but the boot runs a full size bigger. I ended up putting in two sets of insoles and that seemed to fill enough space up. They aren't too long just way too wide. The leather took all of three days to break in and was never uncomfortable. I oiled them after getting stuck in some wet weather and they are now even more supple. Great riding boots too, good heel and unrestricted ankle movement. If the sizing was better I'd have given them a 5.
"My favorite boots!"
This boots are amazing. I wear them everywhere! I even get compliments when I wear them out on the town or to college classes. They are very stylish which helps because then I use them for dual purposes riding and casual! The sizing was true to fit, they look amazing. I had them for a year and just polished them up. They look brand new again!
"Love these boots!"
I bought these boots recently and I love them! They are easy to pull on and go - very comfortable.I wear them with my jeans tucked in and also wear them out. I can ride in them, they have a good riding heel and they fit into my English stirrups They do run 1/2 to 1 full size bigger. They look good too. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them.
I tried this boot on locally before ordering so knew to order a half size smaller, but the pair I received were way too wide and big in the calf. The worst part is return shipping cost over $20!! This brand has inconsistent sizing...
"Super Comfortable, OK Quality"
These boots are the most comfortable tall boots I've ever owned and are super cute too! However, they are made in China and it shows in the details! Overall the quality is ok, but the seams are funky, lining seems cheap, the material under the lacing is synthetic not leather so I don't know if it will hold up, and the patch on the inside doesn't have leather underneath, so it is single-ply leather not double as it appears. Also the run 1/2- 1 full size large which seems like they are mens sized. I normally wear an 8 womens in Ariat and most other boot brands and the 7.5 fits perfect. They are as wide as mens shoes so if you have very narrow feet you would have to wear very thick socks. I have wide feet so they are great. Overall a good barn/riding boot but I wouldn't pay more than the $140 that Jeffers is charging for them.
