Previous reviewers are correct, this bridle did break in well enough. However, it fits my horse strangely. He has an average-sized head, no problems with other bridles, but this one is really tight in the crown piece area. He is constantly rubbing at it when he wears it. The leather is pretty cheap as well and scratches easily. The keepers are swollen and warped so I can't use them. I've had this bridle a year and it's already time for a new one.
I absolutely love this bridle! When it first arrived the leather was very soft and pliable. The stitching is very strong and well done. It broke in super well on top of that it look fabulous in the hunter ring. Can't beat it for the price!
