"Sticks better than other brands."
We had a goat that sprained her knee playing in the ice and snow. I had 3 of these type of wraps; they were not the Vetrap brand. I used all three of them on her- the first one was made for dogs and cats, and it didn't stick well at all and was coming off in about 10 minutes. The other two also didn't stick well, and she was able to start pulling them off after about 30 minutes. I ordered these Vetrap bandages and put one on her as soon as I got them. The Vetrap clung to itself perfectly and she was not able to get it off, no matter how much she (or another goat) pulled and toyed with it. This Vetrap was able to stay on her for a week, then I finally removed it because it was no longer needed.
" Self adhesive wrap "
Many uses; doctors now use for wrapping after a blood draw. Compression bandage. Need in every first aid kit.
A staple in my barn and in my travel first aid bag...great product with multiple uses. Always keep it in stock.
"A havemust "
Absolutely a must have around our place. It works on all our animals(including my cats after surgery); buckets, harness, gates, ect... And, it is still made in the U.S.A.!!!
I use this for absolutely everything! I put it on any rope nosebands I have and I have used it for fixing things as well. It sticks to iself so as long as you can wrap this around something then this stuff will get the job done! I absolutely love it and i always have it in the trailer. The colors are generally really really pretty too!
I have been a huge fan and user of Vet Wrap for many many years now. It is useful for so many things. The obvious is wrapping bandages. It allows you to get a supportive wrap without worrying about having the wrap too tight and possibly causing damage from poor wrapping. I also use it to wrap the handles on my pitch forks and wheel borrows. It offers some extra grip and cushion right where I want it. I have also used it to wrap horses?ÇÖ legs for a team of kids who were doing drill riding to dress their horses up for a performance. We didn?ÇÖt have access to any colorful polos and it worked out great and looked really good. This is a versatile product who?ÇÖs use is only limited to your imagination! I would recommend that anyone who had animals has this in their first aid kit at all times!
"Sticks where you want it to"
Sticks to itself, not to you or your horse. Great for all possible purposes! Highly reccomended.
