A concentrated powder that dissolves easily in water. This effective obstetrical lubricant is completely inert and non-irritating. 10 oz bottle with shaker top makes 6-8 gallons of lubricant.
J-Lube Powder works great. I like it a lot better than the already made stuff because you can mix it with warm water, so that your hand is not freezing while youre out in the barn with the goats, and so its not such a temperature shock when you go in to a goat.
We bought this lube awhile back to use with our goats if internal checks were required. I found it to be a hassle and somewhat hard to mix up. Maybe we mixed it wrong, I'm not sure, but what we mixed up did not dissolve well, and it got somewhat clumpy. Part of it you could use for a lube, but the rest I just threw out. Save the trouble and just buy it pre mixed or buy generic KY. It works just as well.
