Comes complete with pins, designed to be used one way up for poles, or the other way up for gates or planks. Meets Hunter-Jumper Association standards. Smooth round edges.

These cups won't fit normal 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" standards. The hole and pin are too shallow and you will have difficulty at best or at worst not be able to fit the cup to the standard. These are made for a metric standard. Don't buy.
I bought these because they would not rust like metal. We have used them for 6 months and all but one pair are broken.
They aren't worth the extra $$ over the metal.
