This product is extremely effective and SAFE. Regarding two prior reviews, for anyone considering using the combination of Praziquantel & Ivermectin, be aware that using them in this manner may have fatal consequences for your dog. The reason for this is that you will likely be over dosing with the Ivermectin. While working for my vet we saw more than a few instances of over dosing. A much more cost effective way of ridding your dog of tapeworms is to simply use the Fish Tapes (TL-F5). 34 mg of Praziquantel just like the Tape Worm Tabs at a much lower price!
Thank God we can still buy a Tapeworm Medicine without a Prescription. I just can't believe how regulated things have become in the US. We can't do anything unless a Vet says so. Its so nuts. So many people go without giving there animals anything for worms anymore, because they just can't afford too. Thanks Jeffers for keeping these in Stock.
Yes the product is expensive, I have compared this to the equivalent cat product which was 3 for 24.99 at todays most popular pet store and 3 for 15.99 at the newest corporate farm store...Jeffers, as always, is the best place to purchase.
