I bought this crate for my dogs. It has lasted forever and has not rusted and the tray is still in great condition. However, I wish I had bought a fold and go crate. This crate comes in a lot of pieces and if you ever want to travel with your pet it is difficult to just grab the crate and go. If you want a crate to set up at home and leave it this is great, but if you ever travel with your pet I would recommend a folding crate.
