My mare was going to foal, and I had to go to Indianapolis for my dental license interview which was only offered twice a year, so I had to leave my sis in charge and she knew nothing about foaling. I instructed her to do this while I was gone,a nd notify me of results. It eased my mind becasue she told me there were "no stars" when four or five stars on the test strip indicate foaling is soon...I love this product and it is totally accurate, as when I returned I was able to use it myself and i knew the exact day the mare was going to foal. No more sleepless nights!!
These are very reliable foaling indicators. I've used other brands, but I think these are the easiest to "read". I will always have these on hand during foaling season. Highly recommend.
