I have wide feet and it's almost impossible to find comfortable English boots but these are great. I liked the first pair so much that I immediately bought a second pair. The back zipper makes them very easy to get on and off and the leather is sturdy enough that I don't need to go change before feeding or cleaning. They do run a half size large.
Got these boots to wear for both riding and casual wear. They do run about a half size big. However, I have muscular calves and they were tight in the calf. They provide good support. I wore them in the rain and my feet stayed dry and warm. I put a pair of Dr Scholls shoe inserts in them and it made them very comfortable to walk around in.
On the downside, they weren't as fashionable as I would have liked them to be. They look more like tall rubber muck boots than nice leather boots due to the matte finish of the leather.
I bought these as a trail and practice boot, but now that they are here I will be wearing them out too! They fit perfect!! I do usualy take a wide, but they fit true to size and didnt pinch! love the zipper and strech calf...they just arrived so I hope they hold up to the riggors I plan to put them through!
