I purchase 2 of these. The 1200 denier combined with elastic body and leg straps and durable multi-adjustment front closures keep the blanket secure comfortable and straight on my very playful horses. I would say this is one of the best blankets I have purchased thus far. I have 3 large war bloods 16.2 to 17.2 that live outside on about 6 acres and love to run, play, roll.... I bought the medium weight as this is all I typically need now that we live in North Carolina. I intend to buy one more for my 17.2, 84" now too... Usually non-warmblood blankets look like mini-skirts on him, this is long enough and strong enough!
I purchased the medium weight turnout for my hard to fit thoroughbred. I LOVE how the withers are well padded and come way past her high withers. So far, the blanket seems to be made very well and is very warm. It runs true to size or a bit small. She measures a 78-79, but the 81 fits her perfectly. Would definitely purchase again.
